Refund Policy For Mango

  • It is possible to cancel orders placed and processed through the website from your user account within the same day before the dispatch of the order.
  • Once the mango is ready for delivery there is no return or refund will be provided.
  • The mango will be delivered within 3-7 days according to the estimated delivery time with the delivery partner. Ratnagiri Hapus Store will get in touch with the logistics partner and let you know if there is a delay or failure in this delivery.
  • Give us a call at 09021345588 or send us an email at support@ratnagirihapsu.store if the mangoes were damaged, pressed, squeezed, or crushed, or if there was a delay in delivery with necessary evidence (an image or video) so we can take action.
  • Ratnagiri Hapus Store shall reverse the payment in the same manner as the customer has paid after mutual agreement regarding the refund. Within seven working days of the date of mutual agreement, this refund will be processed.
