Refund Policy For Cashew Nut

  • It is possible to cancel orders placed and processed through website from your user account within same day before 09.00 P.M 
  • Once product is ready for delivery there is no return or refund will be provided.

  • Give us a call at 09021345588 or send us an email at [email protected] if the mangoes were damaged, pressed, squeezed, or crushed, or if there was a delay in delivery with necessary evidence (an image or video) so we can proceed with a replacement or refund.
  • Ratnagiri Hapus Store shall reverse the payment in the same manner as the customer has paid after mutual agreement regarding the refund. Within seven working days of the date of mutual agreement, this refund will be processed.
  • A refund will be issued after checking the photos provided by the customer.

Replacement Policy Mango

We strictly enforce our no-replace policy after 2 days of delivery, we will not accept any complaints regarding spoiled or bad mangoes.

You accept that mangoes may spoil internally despite all care and quality control and that nothing can be done about it. 

You are aware that nobody else provides a free replacement for spoiled mangoes, particularly those that appear to be perfectly good from the outside. but our company provides free replacement in the following terms if the complaint is delivered within 2 days of delivery with proper evidence (images or video) of spoiled mangoes.

  • If a mango is spoiled more than 50% we will provide free replacement and other remaining mangoes will be brought back by our delivery person in our store located in your city. (i.e. Pune, Bangalore, and Ahmedabad) 
  • If mangoes are spoiled by less than 50% we will deliver good mangoes on your next purchase delivery with an extra number of mangoes that spoiled in the previous purchase (order) or you can exchange them at our store located in your city. (i.e. Pune, Bangalore, and Ahmedabad) 
  • For the rest of the cities in India if mangoes are spoiled by less than 50% we will deliver good mangoes on your next purchase delivery with an extra number of mangoes that spoiled in the previous purchase (order).

Note:

  • Make sure you mention the number of spoiled mangoes in custom notes during purchase in checkout section of website.
  • Make sure you provide the necessary evidence (an image or video) so we can proceed with replacing mangoes.

On the other hand, we are determined to provide you with the best fruits and complete returns on your investment. We hope you are aware that mangoes are fruits that grow naturally and that no one can comprehend nature. Because they are delicate fruits, Ratnagiri and Sindhudurg Alphonso mangoes may be affected by unpredictable weather.
